Context

Regal Pet is an online pet store. Acquisition via Google Ads, mostly Shopping and Performance Max.

The challenge

Ads brought traffic, but had to produce real sales. Revenue tracking had to be validated: a Google vs site gap means wrong decisions.

We optimised campaigns on real sales value, not interactions, structured around products that actually sell.

Result
